• Application Scenarios: Complex and harsh oil and gas well conditions, including sour gas fields (containing H₂S/CO₂), thermal recovery of heavy oil, and abrasive wear.
• Core Pain Points: Traditional carbon steel strings exhibit rapid corrosion or wear, while the cost of solid high-alloy strings is prohibitive. In thermal recovery wells, frequent steam injection also accelerates material performance degradation.

Our Solution: We offer the optimal combination of an “economical base pipe + high-end cladding.” Through laser cladding, we apply corrosion-resistant (e.g., nickel-based alloy) or wear-resistant alloy layers to the internal surface of the pipe. By providing a service life significantly longer than traditional pipes at a lower cost than solid alloy pipes, we address specific downhole corrosion and wear issues to ensure wellbore integrity.
