Tianrui Jinbo | Highlights from the Saudi Arabia Exhibition
In November 2025, Shanghai Tianrui Jinbo participated in the 19th Middle East Corrosion Conference and Exhibition hosted by Saudi Aramco, showcasing innovative composite pipe technology and oil country tubular goods (OCTG). During the exhibition, we engaged in in-depth discussions with enterprises from the Middle East, Europe, and other regions, reaching several cooperation intentions. This accelerates our global strategic layout and demonstrates the strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the field of anti-corrosion pipelines.
Success Stories
Core Requirements:
To address the issues of corrosion and short service life caused by high temperature, high pressure, and frequent start-stops in energy storage scenarios, customized high-durability composite pipes adapted to energy storage systems were required.
Solution:
Relying on independent intellectual property rights for laser cladding technology, we customized exclusive energy storage pipes, optimized the material ratio and process parameters of the cladding layer, and improved the corrosion resistance and bonding strength of the pipes. We provided full-process services from R and production to installation guidance.
Cooperation Results:
The first batch of internal and external cladding pipes was successfully processed and put into operation without failure, receiving high recognition from the client. A follow-up cooperation intention was reached, establishing us as a core supplier of energy storage pipelines and helping the client reduce energy storage system operation and maintenance costs by more than 30%.
Core Requirements:
Large-scale energy projects require the bulk supply of high-reliability pipelines that strictly comply with international quality standards, along with full-process supervision and emergency on-site support.
Solution:
We utilized 16 sets of laser cladding systems at our automated production base and established a full-process quality control system according to the client’s standards. A dedicated service team was formed to coordinate with the full-process supervision, providing real-time synchronization of production progress and quality data. Emergency on-site services were provided during the Spring Festival to ensure the project proceeded on schedule.
Cooperation Results:
The bulk delivery of pipelines was successfully completed with a 100% product qualification rate. With efficient response and stable quality, we became a long-term supplier for China Energy Construction. The project-related pipelines have been put into use and are adapted for long-term stable operation under complex working conditions.
