Traditional chemical pipes are prone to corrosion and wear, resulting in a short service life and frequent replacements. This not only increases production costs but also impacts operational efficiency. To reduce costs and improve production stability, China Salt Group issued a public tender for suppliers of specialized corrosion-resistant chemical pipes. Tianrui Jinbo successfully won the bid by leveraging its core patented technologies, large-scale production capacity, and comprehensive certifications.
II. Core Customer Requirements
The procurement of specialized pipes adapted to the highly corrosive conditions of salt chemical processing requires excellent chemical corrosion and wear resistance to extend service life. Additionally, the supplier must possess stable, large-scale supply capabilities to ensure production needs are met and provide fundamental after-sales technical support.
III. Customized Solutions
Tianrui Jinbo developed specialized laser cladding composite pipes for the chemical industry, utilizing nickel-based tungsten carbide wear-resistant gradient coating technology to enhance the pipes’ corrosion and wear resistance. Relying on a monthly cladding processing capacity of over 4,000 m², a large-scale production plan was established to ensure timely batch delivery, complemented by after-sales technical support.
IV. Cooperation Results
The batch delivery of pipes was successfully completed, achieving zero complaints across continuous shipments. Since being put into use, the service life of these pipes has been extended by more than twofold compared to traditional pipes, significantly reducing the customer’s replacement and maintenance costs.
