Shanghai Tianrui Jinbo Composite Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 with a registered capital of 30 million RMB. It is a technological leader and market pioneer in the field of laser cladding bimetallic composite pipes.

In collaboration with strategic partners such as Baosteel, and relying on leading domestic cladding equipment with independent intellectual property rights and large-scale production bases, we provide safe, economical, and durable piping solutions for the energy, chemical, and offshore engineering industries. We address the pain points of traditional pipelines in extreme corrosion, high-temperature, and high-pressure conditions.

Our current cladding capabilities cover metal pipes with internal diameters ranging from 76 mm to 2,000 mm and lengths up to 12,000 mm. Our independently developed and produced laser cladding system can complete laser cladding layers for internal bores up to 12,000 mm long, achieving a dilution rate of \u22645% and a small heat-affected zone. This system maintains the mechanical properties of the original base material and ensures a defect-free surface upon inspection, meeting the requirements for applications in harsh anti-corrosion environments.

Having passed Baosteel’s rigorous supplier qualification audit, the company has a monthly cladding processing capacity of over 6,000 square meters.
